Business Process-Error

Hi gurus,

I am working in GRC 10.1 SP9 and when I try to access to the Master Data tab>Business Process I get the message:"500 SAP Internal Server Error". Error: The ASSERT condition was violated (termination: RABAX_STATE).

What can I do to solve the issue?

this dump occurs if we miss one of the below configurations

1.Maintain Time frame Frequencies

2.Scoping

3.Customizing for case management

if possible provide ST22 dump screen.

I can not add the log file because this web does not allow to include files, but this is the summary of the error:
