Issuing Storage Location does not Appear in STO

Hi SAP Experts,

I am currently in need to display Issuing Storage Location of an STO. However, because of some constraint, the only program that I can use is ME23 (not the ME23N). However, after hours of googling, setting up configuration in SPRO, opening all options in ME23, I couldn't find the field. Usually, this field can be found in the item overview of the PO, at the near last column. Does ME23 really have this field? If so, can you help me find it? If not, can you show me if there is any SAP official document regarding the lack of the field as I need to explain this to my client about this imperfection.
