Folder Problem in Crystal Reports

Hi.

I´am trying to send a report by mail but i can´t.

When i display a folder, any reports appears but they are in this folder. I try to open from other computer and i can.

This only happens for SAP BO BI 4.1 SP1, in SP2 not.

I´m usin JDK 1.8.65.

I dont know if the probles is with java or with Sap.

Ok.  I re-read your original post and I'm a bit confused.

If you're using a java application other than BusinessObjects to get to your report, then you need to repost in the Java space I linked to above. 

If the problem is in BusinessObjects itself, which JDK is on the computer where it works correctly?  If it's different than the computer that doesn't work, then the problem is with the JDK version.

I open Sap Bo in a weblaucher. Both computers have the same Jdk and the url to access to the laucher is the same too

Something is configured differently on the computer where this doesn't work than on the computer where it does.  A possible option is IE settings.  Beyond that, I'm not sure what to have you check.

I tried to uninstall all Javas and installed only JDK 1.8.65 version and doesn´t work...I´m going to uniinstal all web browsers
