FF Login Notification mail not sent to FF owners for a particular user

Hello Team,

We are working on GRC AC 10.1 with SP level 8.

We have not received Firefighter Login Notification for a particular user.

Many users logged into ECC system using FF access and the concerned FF owners have received the FF login notification but the FF owners did not receive the FF login notification for only one particular user.

For eg. : User X has logged into ECC system using FF ID. The concerned FF Owners have not received the FF login notification for User X.

              When user logged off from the ECC system , the FF owners received the FF logs notification for user X.

              User X had logged into ECC system using FF ID 2 times but the FF owners did not receive the FF Login Notification for both instances.

Many users other than User X have used FF ID / access to login into ECC system and the FF owners have received Firefighter Login notification and also FF Logs notification.

How is it possible , that Firefighter owners do not receive FF Login Notification for a particular user and also they receive FF logs notification for that particular user.

Please suggest.

Dear Rahul,

please check from where the user logged in since the notification is based on the target system's setting. It might be different from each system and also different setting in GRC versus backend.

The setting is taken from the system where the FF session has been started.

I assume that one user logged in thru GRC and the setting is different.

Hello Alessandro,

You might be right , but all the users who use FF ID are accessing the same ECC system.

And only for one user ( User X ) , the concerned FF owners / controllers did not receive the FF login notification.

But for that same user ( User X ) , the concerned FF owner / controller did receive the FF Logs notification..

How is this possible ?
