Create workbench request without assigning to a project

Hello,

We are doing stack upgrade of a solution manager system from SP12 to SP14 , where under PRE-PROCESSING phase during SPDD adjustment step, it asked to set the open spdd objects. While trying to save the changes of SPDD adjustment in shadow instance in a transport request, it's asking to put project name as shown in attached screen shot , however there is no PROJECT existed in shadow instance to save it. Even we try to create project in shadow instance via SE80, it again prompts to provide a project for saving those changes in TR.

Now my query in this forum is that how can we create a project in SE80 or any other transaction without assigning the changes to a transport request? Client settings have already made "Changes without automatic recording" or how can we save a workbench request without assigning to a project ?

HI,

Issue has been solved after removing "X" from OBLIGATORY column from WBOATTR table.
