Framework issues after Upgrade from NetWeaver 7.0 to 7.4

Hi,

We have recently our portal from 7.0 to 7.4

After upgrade we are facing issues with portal frameworks. Everything looks distorted on the screen.

I tried all standard portal desktops but getting issues with all.

I have also followed following SAP Notes but nothing worked :

1535174 - Post upgrade step for AFP in NW Portal 730 and 702

1612008 - Problem in Ajax Framwork After Upgrade 7.30

2195099 - Portal theme is inconsistent after upgrade
