Position Reports to Another Position - A002 should be made as mandatory

Hello,

Please need help, currently "position belongs to org unit" (A003) relationship is mandatory for creating new position and it is working fine. Similarly we need to make "position reports to manager position" (A002) relationship need to be made as mandatory to create a position. Can some one please guide us how to make a new relationship type as mandatory input for creating new position. Your help will be really appreciated.
