Issue in the target system within ALE Master Data (GL) transfer using IDOC

Hello Experts,

Please I need your urgent help.

I was planning to do ALE Master data distribution for GL Accounts between 2 different systems (DEV & QAS)

I did all the required configuration to make IDOC working fine.

The transaction went right from the source system (DEV) and dispated to the target system (QAS)

(attached the status)

In QAS (Target), I get the inbound IDOC and the status was as follow

-------------------------------------------

Fill in all required entry fields

Message No. 00055

Diagnosis

You have attempted to update data or start an action. However, not all required information was specified.

System Response

The system could not execute the action.

Procedure

Enter all required information. Fields in which you must enter data are prefilled with a checkmark or question mark ("?") by the system. If the current screen contains tabs, check all tabs to make sure you have filled in all required fields. Then restart the action.

--------------------------------------------

I made sure of all GL accounts on DEV, I compared the configuration of the both system and every thing was same.

I need your urgent advice

Thanks in Advance,

    Hi Mahmood,

    Try the following:

-right-click on erroneous IDOC in QAS and choose Restrict and process

-on the following screen uncheck Bkgd processing and execute in foreground

-on the following screen choose Edit, Process, Foreground from error.

This should bring you exactly to the screen with required field and may give you an idea which value needs to be brought from DEV.

    Regards,
