Employee services tabs not loading

Hi all,

We are on NW portal 7.4.While opening ESS home page in portal Employee services tabs(maps,directory..) are not loading.we troubleshooted ESS WDA application (ZHRESS_AC_MENU) via SE80 here also we are getting same issue. please find screenshots regarding issue. Please let me know where should i check?

does ur launchpad is linked to that menu which ur trying .....luks like one is on EHP 6 AND another is on EHP 7 screen ....more over try with multiple browsers and check again by re logging again

is it happening with your custom configuration only? Can you try with standard one, launch it via SE80 and verify? Typically its roles etc
