My client want to configure two new wage types

I dont have any idea on below components, Requesting all of you explain me on this as much as possible

1) Retrenchment Compensation-Exemption

2) Retrenchment Compensation-Additional

What are the model wage types to create these two wage types

What is the functionality of the model wage types

What are the settings has to be done from consultant side to get tax exemption
