Design Studio Previev when executing on SAP NetWeaver Portal

Hello,

executing Design Studio applications will always open on the page from the Netweaver Add On including the header "Design-Studio-Preview" or here with "Design-Studio-Vorschau" in German. I already found the page on the Netweaver Portal but I do not know how to get rid of the preview text.

I would like to Show the application on the full page as a Standard without the text.

Thank you very much for your support

Best regards

Michael Wecker

    Hi,

This looks like an iView tray indeed.

You can have two options , by editing the iView properties:

    1. opening the iView in new standalone external window (not headerless) Nav mode 1- this if the iView do not use any EPCM apis or if you dont need the tray (back/forward history of EP).

    2. Eliminate the tray, by setting the "Show Tray" property to false.

    Best Regards,

    Tal

    • Hi Michael,

So the new window is set to headerless winnow.

I assume the extenal window does not fit your needs?

If it has to be headerless, the borders and layout of the page cannot be controlled in standard portal configuration. is is in a specific page layout code...

      Best Regards,

      Tal

Use configuration properties of affected iView to do so, I guess you cant go with quiks... Not sure where the preview text is coming from, since it seems to be in the tray, could be iView name? In that case you can also configure this away using iView properties afaik. However, clarify this and come back with the results

    cheers
