Issue in IT0002_Gender field

Hello Team,

We are facing issue in IT0002 Personal Data while changing Gender field in this Infoype. When we make changes to Gender field for CN employee system throws short dump (ABAP runtime error) and transaction ends. Kindly go through screenshot attached. Please help me out for the same.

Hi,

In addition to Sankarsan Dey's response, dump is showing it trying to UPDATE table PA3346.

Please check for that infotype also, And ideally, update operation we are generally avoid.

We should use modify operation (Assuming changing field by custom report).

Hi,

Check the changes which are you doing that's are picking from F4 or manually entered.

Through the error I can see that once you have done the changes on that system can not able to update that record and due to this it's giving dump error.

Check with technical consultant for debug the issue further.
