Data services Error : 50406

Hi All,

We recently upgraded BODS from 4.1 to 4.2.

But while executing the job in 4.2, we are getting the error : 50406 (Please find the attached screenshot for the error log).

Can someone help me with this issue.? I am suspecting this as some kind of memory issue.

Please provide your precious comment on this.

If you don't manage to isolate the problem yourself, you'll have to contact SAP support, I am afraid.

Can you give us some more details about the job. Check log files for more details.

Do you have Run as a separate process checked in the dataflow under the Advanced tab in the Query transform. If yes then uncheck the option and try running the job.

Hi Arun,

We have not used any seperate process in the advance tab of any query. The same job is running fine in DS 4.1 but giving this error when we upgraded the system to 4.2.

The job is extracting 20 - 30 milliions of data from SAP and after transformation, it is loading around 5-6 Milliion of data into the flat file.

I tried to run the job by setting DOP = 1 for each Dataflow, but utlimately giving the same error message : 50406.
