BUS 2089 - Save Draft issue

Hi,

We are facing an issue. When users Save draft the travel request, the existing workflow is not set to completed.

Due to this, once user send for approval and workflow is under approval, if user changes and saves draft the travel request, the workflow still continues and get approved. Hence the changes travel request is set to approved status.

Request Recorded - to be settled - Workflow is triggered on Save and send for approval

When user saves draft - status changes back to Request Recorded - Open

Since workflow is not completed, on approval of workflow, the status changes back to Request Approved - To be settled. Thus approving the modified travel request.

In TRVPA the WRP setting is 3.

Ideally on Save Draft - as I understand the changed event should be triggered and this will complete the existing workflows.

Please let me know what I am missing in this.

On Save and send for approval, it works fine and new workflows are created to replace existing workflow.

Can you please share the workflow screen.?

On changes, you need to complete the existing workflow. You can take help of technical to complete the existing workflow.

In Addition. in basic data, event triggering you have to provide Modify event to Business object.

Where do i perform the setting to send CHANGED event on Save Draft.
