Dear Team,

Not able to connect to HCP.


Error Details:

Could not connect to SAP HANA Cloud Platform system

An internal server error occurred.

Existence of database user/schema for schemaId hanainstance could not be checked in the underlying DBMS system due to an error. Contact HCP support if the error persists.

Hi Moya,

I am not able to connect with HANA Studio. But able to logon to HCP using chrome.

can you verify metrics of HCP.

HCP Metrics keeps on flickering from ok status to Critical

I am able to connect to HCP from Hana studio after removing the system from Hana studio and configuring again. But couldn't load the contents and in order to raise Incident report, I need to be S-user.

I am not sure the exact cause of the issue. But following parameter in metrics keeps on changing state from OK to Critical.

HANA DB alerting Availability,

HANA DB Availability,

HANA XS Availability.

Still learning the basics of HANA, created few tables and attribute view, analytical view & calculation view. Not sure what made hana instance instable.

at present there is no issue in connecting HCP from HANA studio. But couldn't figure out the exact cause of the issue. Please guide me with the issue.

It was most likely infrastructure related, so nothing to blame on what you did.
