Tax Reporter PDF Forms Not Generating

Hi All,

We just updated to SP92 and refreshed our dev environment from our QA system. Now when I try and run the year end tax forms via PU19 they spools are created but there are no PDF forms. Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas on how to resolve? My basis team is at a loss so I am turning to you guys.

    Hi Jamie,

    Please try below options.

    There may be results already available in PCL4 cluster.

    1. Go to Tools --> Overwrite results --> Online/Background in Tax Reporter and see if you can see the forms.

    2. Go to Utilities --> Delete Prod PCL4 in Tax Reporter, Once done, rerun Tax Reporter and see if forms are generated.

    If it does not work may be you will have write back to SAP to investigate.

    There are changes to Tax reporter with notes 2199274, 2214237 and 2220405 in HRSP 92 that may have caused issue.

    • We applied the Support Stacks, and more recently the CLCs. Now the amounts on Schedule B (Tax Reporter 941 process) for previous test runs change. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
