BP Relationships and Account Team deleted by Replication

Hi Experts,

We have Customers created in ECC and replicated to C4C via HCI. Customer Partner Functions are also repliacted from ECC to C4C.

What we have noticed lately  that ECC replication deletes the relationship's  and the Account Team functions which were created manually in C4C.

Is there way to hold the relations and partner functions created in C4C with out being deleted when the replication happens ?

I tried adjusting the parameter "partnerFunctionListCompleteTransmissionIndicator" to false, however it still deletes the relations created in C4C.

Regards,

Amber Badam

Hi Amber,

was your issue solved? We are currently facing the exact same issue.

  1. Create Customer in C4C incl. Sales Data and replicate to ERP (via PI)
  2. ERP creates a DEBMAS IDoc after creation
  3. After processing of the corresponding WebServiceMessage the Customer Owner is deleted in C4C

EDIT: We will follow the instructions in SAP Note 2209527 - Account Owner Removed After Replication with ECC or CRM. Seems to be exactly what we Need.

Thanks and regard,s

Stefan

Stefan,

I could find the SAP note 2209527 - Account Owner Removed After Replication with ECC or CRM. Is this the right one?

Hi Amber.

I do not have access to any ECC related Integration system. The thing that dictates update or deletion or creation is the 'actionCode' field on which you can put conditions depending on your requirement in HCI.

Here is the Guideline what Action codes do in target system:

  • Action code 01 — Create
  • Action code 02 — Update
  • Action code 03 — Delete
  • Action code 04 — Save
  • Action code 05 — Remove
  • Action code 06 — No Action
