Process Modeling template not visible after create

We are using 5.02 and it would appear as though I can "save" a process template after entering all the required information; however, that template is not visible after saving (even when I also choose to "save and create instance" option). IBP "knows" the template exists because I get an error saying that "template with same name already exists" if I re-create it ... so, why can't I see the template?

I also find it odd that there are only certain users who can be specified as "owners" as well as a minimal set of "participant roles" available in dropdown (which appear to be security role related). SAP Help is of no help here, as the application help just notes the fields that must be filled in but nothing about restrictions or purpose.

Wondering if there is a bug in 5.02 that is keeping this template from appearing or if it is something auth related, though my userid is a copy of the original IBPADMIN user that SAP sends you. We do have JAM set up and show the expected groups in that dropdown field, so I do not suppose that JAM would be a root cause.

    Two hours later, and logging off and on a few times, these templates are now showing up in the "Process Modeling" area.

    Other than just waiting, I can say that when attempting to access JAM via the Collaboration tile, I got messages about not being able to reach the JAM server; but, once I recycled enough times and was able to access JAM via IBP-Collaboration, then when going into the IBP-Process Modeling tile, the templates started showing up. So, perhaps it was somehow tied into whether the IBP and JAM servers were talking to each other, but if not, then it was just a time/patience type thing... if that's helpful to anyone else.

      Yes, I have witness this weird behavior with Process Modeling in our system as well. I have also seen sometimes things disappearing suddenly from my dashboard and reappearing back.

      I have question - Does it show percentage completion in your Process Visualization Bar on the Dashboard? I am NOT able to view the percentage completion. I get following two views, but it does not display percentage completion.

      How do we fix this ? Can someone please help?
