PurchasingContractSRMReplicationRequest_Out proxy message not getting generated in SXMB_MONI

Hello Everyone,

We are trying to implement the Contract Replication scenario in SAP SRM system. Once the Contract is released in SRM system we are unable to see the message in SXMB_MONI of SRM system

Can you please let us know if there are any configurations which needs to be checked or is there anything missing?

In SAP PI system, everything has been perfectly configured like SXMB_ADM configurations, RFC destination, Business system creation, Proxy Sender Channel creation, ICO creation etc. But all these configurations will be required once the message is generated in MONI of SRM system. But i do not find any message in MONI once Contract is released.

Can you please let me know the details of any configuration which might have missed? Kindly help me out on this.

Hi Nitin,

I hope you are talking about the XML output from SRM system to be generated to send it to third party supplier or ECC system.

Please Action definition and Processing types for action profile BBP_PD_CTR in the path

SRM Server

Cross-Application Basic Settings

Set Output Actions and Output Format

Define Actions for Document Output

Check any Method call defined for XML.

If central contract distribution then please check the note

Can you please let me know the detailed steps for configuring this? I am a PI consultant do not have much knowledge on SRM part.

I want the XML message to be generated in SRM system for the below mentioned interface. Please let me know how can we do that?

Hello Nitin,

Check if the data is getting updated in the Moni table-zsxmb_Moni_data

And check if the Moni FM is able to pick the data from the table ZSXMB_MONI.

we will get an clue.
