Hi SAP Gurus,
I have an issue. whenever I use the option of "Export to excel" for a particular report, my amount field gets truncated. (Like if an amount is 123456, downloaded excel displays only 123). I am the only one facing this issue and all my colleagues are able to download the report correctly. I face this issue for every SAP report.
Your guidance is highly appreciated
Thanks
PN
Thank you all for your suggestion.
The issue turned out to be SAP GUI issue and was resolved after the GUI was re-installed. (this may be due to the recent system upgrade at our end)

As a solution, right click on output and click on excel to download it to required path in correct format.
Here it is dividing with 1000 every time.

If the data contains any special marks in the text etc. it gets truncated. Check whether your data contains " ! ' ~ # etc type of marks, you need to correct the master data / documents posted, then try to re-download it again.

Hi Prachi,
Are all of them are using the same way that you are trying to download, same download option?
Do you have the same authorization access?
Check your user settings / parameters in SU3 and compare with your users?
Is excel is properly installed or do you have any desktop issue? Whether you both have the same operating system working on? - This should not be an issue, but worth to check.
Can your colleague can download the same report on your machine with his / her login in the same way that you are trying to download?
