Webi error as error occured at session creation

Hi,

When i try to install the Webi desktop tool in server, i got the below issue as error occurred at session creation. The other tools were working fine

I found the note but didnt helped me. Can any one please advice on this.

1642091 - "An error occured at session creation." when launching Web Intelligence Rich Client.

Hi Rahul,

This is a know issue and is due in major cases to the Firewall or Antivirus blocking the communication with BO Services as mentioned in the KBA 1642091.

Try to turn off the Firewall and Antivirus momentarily and chack the behavior.

None of them causing the issue.Surprisingly the issue has been resolved with re-installing again.
