Issue in Crystal report

Hi Experts,

        While Converting crystal report layout  in to pdf an error msg " Error while connecting to crystal runtime : check installation" is displayed.. Also I tried to install Crystal report  but an error msg " Crystal report designer is not found " is displayed ...Kindly help me

Hi

Try To get new installation file or try to install the Crystal report in different computer
