Hi,
I faced the problem to reject the authorized change request (CR) in Solman. When I click 'Action', system displayed error message 'There are no actions in the worklist', see screen shot.
The urgent correction(UC) of CR has been withdrawn.
Fyi, I able to reject other authorized CR
Is there any way to reject it ?

Please check your action profile specially ZDCR or YDCR, your conditions are defined properly.
Try to change the status with below report.
CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT
