New system added in ChaRM

Hi Expert,

I am new in solution manager but my client needs to be added a system as a Sandbox / Unit Test client in ChaRM which is already added as a QAS#2 system in landscape.so they want to directly move the request in sandbox system or test system for testing purpose.

Current we are using Solman7.1 SP10 & ChaRm 1.5

So,My question are 1)How can i connect this system??

                              2)How can i change the system role??

Please guide me and share the whole steps

Hi!

You can define system role in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN -  System Landscape tab - Systems tab  - System Role Assigment.

Or in LMDB under Related Logical Components choose your log component and then you can maintain role.

Thanks for reply,but the system DE1/040 is already assigned as as QAS system ,they want to make this system as Sandbox or as test system.

In this case, you need to create a new role in system roles you can create that or you can assign the existing one.

(SMSY/LMDB depending on your version)

Make sure that it should be of type target system and then it will work fine.
