Hi Gurus

Hope that all are doing good.

My client business is on basis of MTS scenario.

He is getting monthly fix plan for production from customer, this fixed plan is closes every monthend.

It means If there is any open PR or PrdOrd it is NOT CARRY FORWARDED into next month.

I want to run MRP for current month only, irrelevant to the last month plan and open requirements.

kindly help me to drop open requirement from last month during the MRP run.

I have done some experiment using Firming and Roll forward days options. but I am not much clear about this.

Please help me on this, correct answer will be rewarded into points.

Your help will be valuable for me.

Thanks in advance

Hello

YOu can use the same BAdI to make POs and schedule lines not relevant to MRP.

Hi Akshay,

I would say that you have to delete the unconsumed demand and delete the open orders form the previous months. You can delete the unconsumed demand with MD74/75/76 and delete the open production orders with COHV. The planned order and requisitions are going to be deleted automatically (except they are firmed).

Then before run the MRP or MPS, you will have to ensure you load the new demand (forecast).

Kind Regards,

Mariano

Hello

I agree with Mariano that forecast should be reorganized with MD74/75/76 and that old orders should be closed with COHV.

In addition, you can use BAdI MD_CHANGE_MRP_DATA to make all the planning elements from the previous month not relevant to MRP. See the blog with an example.
