Hi Mi As,
As pointed by JRK, the Value categories are assigned to PM component in in OIK2 and Value Categories further have assignment of Cost Element (Individual or Group)
Now when you try book cost in Order the CE is determined in b/g based on Config. and that's how respective cost follow in different heads.

Hi,
As mentioned this miscellaneous cost comes from Costing Sheets . You can check following path :
PM & CS - > Maintenance Service Order - > Functions for orders - > Cost settings for Orders -> Costing Sheets .
Under this you will find the settings . Basically Costing sheets are assigned at plant level so whenever we create maintenance order this costing sheet gets copied to our maintenance order . You can check the costing sheet attached to you order by clicking on "Control" tab in maintenance order .
