How to add AISUSER into SU01 user

Hi Experts,

We have a new employee join our company. I see his Sid has been added into the AISUSER list but I am not able to find him on SU01 user list?

Isn't  this process is automated? Once you have any user added into the AISUSER, the job which is connected to SAP should create the new user?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Charly,

As far as I know, this process is not automatic.

You create a user in SU01 and then use the AISUSER in order to link the user id in solution manager to an OSS user ( S-user ) to be used later on in transactions requiring access to the OSS website, like mopz for example.
