Bar chart measure value copied for both the legends in case of missing value

Hi,

I am having a rather strange problem with Webi. In the bar chart visualization given below, green denotes the count of success and red denotes the count of failures. In the case of APAC, the number of failures are 0, but Webi ends up displaying the count of successes for both, failures and successes(both as 607). The adjacent table displays the data in a table format.

Is there any way to prevent webi from copying the same value for both success(green) and failure(red)?

Any help is much appreciated!

    Hi Sakshi,

In the above table there are no values for Failures for APAC.

Go to the format table option and try out with multiple options present there, one of them being displaying the measures even if the dimension doesnot have a value.

Once you see the 0 in the table ,use the Turn into option and convert this to bar chart.

Let us know if this works.

    Regards,

    Amit

      Hi Amit,

The table shown in the post lists the assigned data variables. The issue is, whenever no failures occur in APAC, it doesn't have have a row with outcome as 'Failure' and that's what messes up things in the chart.

I tried using the variable definition you suggested, but it gave the same table and the same graph as in the original post.

    Hi,

are you using runningsum() function in the table ?

or what is the formula of calculating Failure/success?
