How can we utilize the button add in SAPLMEGUI                      0014 SUB0     SAPLXM02                       0111.

There is no exit provided bu SAP for customer function code in enhancement MEREQ001.

So either manage sy-ucomm in subscreen PAI (as this is a subscreeen ok_code is managed in main standard screen) or use some implicit enhancement spot in main program SAPLMEGUI.
