Subreport causing page per record

I have a subreport that returns a list of ICD10 codes.  If there is only one code the report works perfect. If there are 2 or more --- the report prints a copy for the number or records.  So if there are 3 ICD10codes the report prints 3x. If I take the subreport completely out of the report it prints fine.  What do I have wrong and how can I get it to only print one page regardless of how many ICD10 codes.....BTW - I created a formula field in the subreport that concatenates all the codes so they all show up on the first page (and any repeating pages). Thanks - Jill

How are you linking to the subreport?  I suggest adding an "inner" group to the main report on the field that you're linking with.  Move your data from the details section to the group header and suppress the details and group footer.  This should get you just one record per list of codes.

    Hi Jill,

Is the subreport linked with any field/prompt on the Main Report?

What section is this subreport placed in?

Did you try moving it to the Report Header/Footer (so that it only prints once)?
