Activate Marketing Campaign

Hey community,

Im trying to activate a campaign but there is a error: "No actions assigned to target group". What actions are refer? I only have refresh option.

Bruno,

You will only able to use Marketing Campaign in HTML5 mode to see the Built tab. Then As mentioned by Preethi, you will have options to add the various Actions.

Hi,

The actions you have is different and not frm the Build tab. Log in to HTML5 --> Open the Campaign. The build tab will look like this.

The screenshot that you have maintained here is for the Action on the campaign execution. Action which is mentioned in the error is relating to the different options that we have for Campaign Built phase. This is essential for building the Campaign itself. This is used to assign the Template, assign various options like creating Lead, Activity, notifications on Campaign.

For normal Campaign execution, I will suggest you to check the Send E-mail option which will open a pop up where you will use the template and assign the target group.

Screenshots for this already shared by Gab and Preethi. However your campaign will be executed and the recipients will get the e-mails for your Campaign if you have activated the Mass E-mailing for your tenant. If it is not activated, I will suggest you to check the document that I have shared to enable it.

Can you tell me how it began the process? "Add the following public DKIM key to your Domain Name System (DNS) for every sub-domain you want to use as sender domain".

You will have to approach your IT team to work on this step. They will add the mentioned key to the Domain or Sub Domain which you will be using for Campaign.

Hi,

I think in HTML5, in the Campaign, you will have a Build tab. You need to assign some actions there what you want to do with that target group. After that, it should be possible to activate the campaign.

Dear Tiago,

here a screen you were asking. Once you clicked +, then you have to choose an email template and then click apply. The box will become grey and then you will be able to activate the campaign.

I dont have any data in e-mail template but I already have one done. Do you know what I do wrong?

Are you sure to have created an email template under Marketing -> Content -> New -> Template?

Oh, and the template must be activated.

Open the template, click Action button and then click Activate.

Thanks for the help. Can you say what you have in "From adress" and "Reply to adress"? There is a error to change the domain.

You can add the From E-mail Address from the Fine Tune Activity E-mail and Fax setting.
