Batch definition level not known. System inconsistency

When t-code "MM03" is executed it gives below error.

Hi,

Did you had done recently any client copy, there error might arise due to client copy for which the batch settings are done manually.

Refer the below oss note which explains the manually setting in OCHA and other relevant settings.
