Process chain special launch

Hi guys,

I would like to schedule a process chain to be launched the first man day of every single month.

What would be the best appraoch?

-The use of a function module?

-The use of an event?

Are they any standard tools to perform it?

Hi Amine

You could do this by following the below steps. We follow this to execute a process chain on 8th working day of every month.

Go to display variant of your start variant. Edit option --> Click the continue option as shown below.

Below screen will appear. Choose the factory calendar and workday as 01.

Fill in other settings for your requirement and save the variant. Its done

Hi Amine,

Can you try with process type 'decision between multiple alternatives' in a process chain. This is available in general services.
