How many items (In numbers) are handle in SAP Business One

Dear ALL

I want to know how many items (In numbers) in SAP b1 with out any performance effect on Inventory reports or fetching item master on marketing documents.

Currently we have create 110000 items in SAP business one but system gives a reports in 15 minutes or also slow on marketing documents.

Also confirm , Can we improve item master fetch performance.

Current SAP version are used : SAP 9.1 PL05

SAP B1 doesnt have a limit on the total item numbers, I guess you will need some SQL tune up.

Search the forum, there are a few good posts about SQL tune up for B1.
