MB52 Data to Customized Report

Hi Experts,

Want to show total sum of VALUE UNRESTRICTED in a separate customized report depend upon the input Purchasing Group.

We tried MARD (LABST)x MBEW(VERPR). But for purchasing group it's not executing correctly. Any idea??

Purchasing group is a independent organizational unit. In standard no data retained at this level but it is used as a selection criteria for the analyses E.g. the standard reports such as MCE1, MC$0 and MC$2. Hence according to me, it is not possible to cumulate the unrestricted stock value based on the purchasing group and the logic seems to be incorrect.

Kindly check mb52 report. In that 'value unrestricted' will also show depend upon the purchasing group. So some logic should made for that right. I want that only.

The report MB52 displays the total stock at plant and storage location level not at purchasing group level. In this report, the purchasing group is presented in the scope of list section not in the selection criteria. When you run this report with scope of list : purchasing group, the system shows the total stock of a material which belongs only to the selected purchasing group i.e., the materials shown in the report has assigned to the selected purchasing group in the material master record. This is the logic behind, hope I clarified enough. Please check in your system.
