Block for 131 movement in MRP 1 for "Plant special status"

IN SPRO as per screen shot we can block material  for particular activity like say Production ,purchase etc,where as other activities of same keep on going normally.I have attached screen shot of MRP also.We blocked material  for Production and now system not allows to post production via CO01 with 101 movement.I am stuck up for same in REM as there is no Production order and Process order is there with 131 Movement.Can you suggest how can i achieve key for Production in REM.

Hello

You can add your own check using exit EXIT_SAPLBARM_001 or BAdI RM_BFLUSH_GOODSMVT.

Great reply from your side always but we always hesitate to apply exit and want to avail standard functionality.Is not same possible in standard SAP.We know for descrete same is possible then it should be for REM also.

Hello,

For your plant status in OMS4 define Inventory mgmt msg. = B then system will restrict the 131 in MFBF. In Material Master "X-Plant Mstl Status" (Basic data 1 tab) that  restrict  inventory movements.

Thanks for reply but will this stop for 131 movement only, other movements should not be affected like related to  sale ,,Quality  or other.

Hello,

You mean you don't want 131 means you want want REM confirmation.

In that case remove the REM profile from material master for that product or use BAdi RM_BFLUSH_GOODSMVT with your own logic.

That item is REM bases and i can not remove that indicator from that.Pl try to understand i want MFBF should be restricted with sepcial key and all other movements should not be affected.You advised "X-Plant Mstl Status" (Basic data 1 tab) that  restrict  inventory movements.My question was as asked earlier from you that only 131 movement should be restricted just like in Descrete Production is stopped and all other thing remain as such and are carried with special procurement.I hope now question is clear.Pl tell is it possible in standard as such or not and if exit has to be appliaed its details

Hello Rajeev,

There is no standard solution for this except remove REM profile from material master.

Else use the BAdi as suggested above.

The OMS4 settings shown in your attachment is enough to stop creating the Process order. I tried and the system not allowed me to create, please refer the screenshot below.
