e-separation Reminder

Former Member

Dear All,

This is regarding the Remind functionality for due clearance agent. Whenever I click on the "Remind" link the system sends a mail to request initiator. We have maintained the entry in table T77WWW_EASML with To receivers Actor and CC Receivers initiator. Still no mail is getting sent to Due clearance agent. A mail is sent only to the initiator.

Please suggest if I have missed out on any config or it's a bug.

Yes. The same due clearance agent is receiving mails when e-separation is initiated. But reminder is not getting sent.

Thanks for your reply.

I checked the workflow for the task TS77900175. The binding does not exist in this workflow. The method "SEND_TASK_OWNER_REMINDER_MAIL" does not exist. pls confirm we need to bind it or create the method. One observation is that we checked the "ONACTIONSEND_REMINDER" method in web dynpro app "HR_EA_C_TASKS E-Separation: Tasks" and have identified the code due to which the Reminder is not getting sent to Due clearance agent. Will changes to the workflow help if the issue lies with the Web dynpro?
