ODBC setup on 64-bit PC

I have downloaded recommended drivers for the 32-bit CRYSTAL 2010-2014 version.  I set up the ODBC and tested it positive.  When I open CRYSTAL it cannot see the ODBC.  I performed the same operation on my ASUS 64-bit laptop and it worked. On a Dell PC and an HP laptop it does not work. Any suggestions? I need the reporting function on the manufacturing and shipping floors, not on my personal laptop.

Hi,

on a 64 bit machine, there are 2 places you can administer ODBC - either in 32-bit or 64-bit :

since the CR client software is 32-bit, you'll need to use the right one (32 bit ODBC)
