Lanuguage import Arabic_AE" for UAE.

Hi experts,

we are planning to import language "Arabic_AE" for UAE.

but in the service market place we are not able to find out the package.

i already checked 51041990_1 51041990_2 51041990_3 media.

ECC6.0 EHP6 with oracle 11G.

Please suggest how to proceed.
