Customer is not available in CRM customer hierarchy

Hi Experts,

We had successfully created customer hierarchy in CRM and all the customers were correctly assigned to Hierarchy in CRM

Now we have one customer which is not assigned to hierarchy. Upon checking the CRM_KNVH_TEMP, I couldn't find entry for this customer and it is available in KNVH table in ECC.

Then I ran the initial load of DNL_BUPA_KNVH object and now that customer is available in CRM_KNVH_TEMP table in CRM But there is no entry in table in BUT_HIER_NODE .

How to assign this customer in hierarchy.

Upon further checking , Found that other customer whihc belongs to same hierarchy are available in CRM but only this one customer is missing.

Can anyone please help me in understanding the process of generating the node for a customer in CRM when hierarchy is already created in CRM and everything is fine with respect to customer hierarchy in CRM except one customer.

    The next step you need to do is to build the hierarchy in tcode BPH_DNL.
