AMC process with Periodic plan(Maintenance Plan)

Hi all,

Can any one tell me about AMC Process With Periodic Plan(through Maintenance Plan). While creation service PR which account assignment category we will use.Please let me know the steps awaiting for early reply.

    Standard process is as below

    1.Creating a Enquiry,Notification and Quotation

    2.Creating a Customer Contract

    3.Maintaining Realization % on Contract Line

    4.Creating the Contract Document

    5.Creating maintenance plan with reference to contract

    6.Time Recording

    7.Travel Management

    8.Creating a Resource-Related Billing Request

    9.Creating the Invoice for the Billing Memo  Request
