Is there any other option to change this server name with out creating new connection.

Example: Previously the server name is "ABC" and now i have to change it to "XYZ"

Thanks in Advance.

Hi Surya,

Please reference KB article 1863547.

You will need an S-user ID to log into the SAP Support Portal in order to view it.

Best of luck!

Hi,

This was resolved by the addition of the ignoreCanonical true option, discussed within the same KB article above.

Cheers!

Hi Julie,

We encountered the same issue. How can we solve this? ISP 4.2 SP6.

The link to KB 1863547 does not work.

Hello,

I have just verified the link is working. Please try again and remember you must have a valid maintenance contract and the ability to sign in with a s-user id to reach the content.

Thanks,
Julie
