LTKRN14N.dll absent

I have a problem in my sap client. When I click on menu Administration -> System initialization -> General parameterization, I get error:

"Unable to start the program because LTKRN14N.dll is not in the computer. To solve the problem, try reinstalling the program".

I would like resolve the problem without reinstalling sap client. Any suggestions?

Can you get the dll off of another desktop?

LTKRN14N.dll is part of LEADTOOLS(r) DLL for Win32 by LEAD Technologies

lykrn14n.dll is loaded as a DLL module within the process mssysmgr.exe (Nero PhotoShow Media Manager by Nero AG / nero Inc.) via run-time dynamic linking.

So, where is this dll? I didn't find anything in C:\Windows\System32. I have also try to unregister/register the dll (with regsvr command) in a pc without this error but it didn't find it. If I download and install LEADTOOLS I will get the dll?

Yes, if you do a simple Google search about missing ltkrn14n.dll you will find that this is not an uncommon error.  Manny people have contacted the vendor.
