Creating leads from excel

Hey community,

In leads I download the excel for leads but how I load the excel to the system?

Hi,

1. You need to install the Excel Add from the Download Section.

2. Then you will get a tab in your excel as SAP Cloud for Customer.

3. In that tab, there is a Login button. you need to login to the system.

4. Enter all the data in the excel.

5. The tab will a button called Save Data To.

Hello,

Thanks for the help. When I Save data to there are several errors. For instance, in qualification level I select hot but hot isn´t right. Do you know where i check this?

Hi Bruno,

If any of the fields have dropdown options, it is suggested to select that particular cell and choose the Look Up button. Look up button works like the value help, Choose the correct option from there and then try to save.
