I like to understand what audit trail options are available in C4C

I like to have the option to report on 'strange' behaviour in C4C.

E.g. a sales person is downloading all account to Excel.

Can somebody share his experiences?

Thanks, Ron

Hi,

Bumping up an old question.

Further to what's asked by , in absence of(as per my understanding) "Changes" view(like in ByD) in business documents, what are the audit/logging capabilities that we can discuss with the customers?

Thanks and regards,

Harsh/Ron,

In C4C, you can check the change logs under: 'Application and User Management' -> 'Flexibility Change Log'. You can see a list of ALL changes done on the tenant here and going inside each change log will also show you the Change History with a lot of additional information on changes.

Hi Ankur,

Thanks for your suggestion. However, the log you suggested only displays changes associated to "Flexibility", for eg: Addition of new extension fields, hiding of some fields.

What I(as well as Ron, if I am not wrong) was looking for was Business and Scenario data change.

For eg: Who changed the Description or Target Vaue field in a Sales Quote and when? If Sales Quote got created from a Lead, what was the complete chain => Which Campaign, created which lead, that finally created this Quote?

Thanks and regards,

Hello Harsh,

I hope you have already checked the separate facet for Leads with name Changes, where you can see what all changes were done on it. If you do not see this facet, adapt it to see it.

Also there is another facet Document Flow that shows the chain of the related documents. Check if this is what you expect and gives the desired functionality, If you have not yet checked it.

Chandan
