By pass workflow steps

Hi Team,

we have 5 steps work flow enabled to contract document.

Contract document life cycle management as shown below.

1. Phase1

2  Phase2

3. Phase3

4. workflow

5. phase5

6. Executed

Now workflow is triggered, but only  2 steps are executed and reached to end of workflow and  reached phase5.

Now my question how workflow bypassed next 3 steps. Is it because of prescript.?

Hi Rama,

The management of 'steps' inside the workflow is handled only by the scripting part of the workflow. If your workflow skipped 3 steps, and it should have gone through further approval, then the problem is most likely in the postscript for step2.
