Freight condition FRB1 appearing automatically in PO

Hi SAPguru,

We have a query regarding PO. While user creating PO in ME21N transaction then Freight condition FRB1 appearing automatically 2 times in PO condition tab at item level.

I have checked some setting why it is happening as per below.

1) SPRO->MM->Purchasing->Environment Data->Define Default Values for Buyers->Settings for Default Values

Select 01 (or what ever ) ->Details ->go to Price adaptation tab here copying of conditions from last purchase order-select "Do not Copy"

- In my case it is "Always copy" & in development system FRB1 is not appearing automatically.It is surprising.

2) Assign the Paramater EFB to user's in SU01.

3) In M/08 manual check box tick is already there in front of FRB1 freight condition.

4) Checked in Infor record, but FRB1 condition is not there.

It is surprising that with same setting, FRB1 appearing automatically two times in Production ME21N. But in development, we have to put it manually.

Can someone tell any reason why FRB1 appearing automatically 2 times in PO-ME21N(manual creation not another PO reference).

Why don't you directly use the Analysis button in the condition tab of the PO to know from where the values are pulled?
