ITS - Create Services Issue - SICF

Hello Experts,

I am implementing ITS and my ERP version is ECC6.0 EHP7.01.

I get class error for class " CL_MOBILE_SYSTEM_LOGIN "

But i check and found it in SE24 transaction.

But when i am creating services in ltcode SICF in Sytem Login Configuration tab .

After selecting class name "CL_MOBILE_SYSTEM_LOGIN " and  get below error message :

Please check and help if anybody have came across such issue.

Hello OM Sharma,

Please check whether the corrections from SAP note 1315076 are implemented in your system. This note is delivered in SAPKB70105, so I think you have a lower support package level.

What ECC version and SP supports ITS.

Hello OM Sharma,

All ECC versions have the Integrated ITS available. Are you looking for something special? What is the current SAP_BASIS version and patch level? And the kernel version and patch level used?

SAP_BASIS version is 701 patch 03.

Will this support ITS without any upgradation ?

Hello Olet,

You can implement the correction instructions from note 1315076 via SNOTE.

No upgrade is required, even though you should consider applying a higher support package stack (SAPKB70103 is really old, and not all notes have corrections for this SP level).
