Integration CRM<-> C4C : installed base

Hello.

I have looked for the information with no result. So let me explain my case.

I use an installed base set inside a CRM system I want to replicate into C4C with HCI/PI.

As it is possible between ERP and C4C(Equipment->Registered Product, Functional location->Installed Point), is it possible between CRM and C4C ?

Hi Emmanuel,

at the moment this scenario is not part of standard integration packages between SAP CRM & C4C.

At least from my personal experience there are not that many customers out there who are looking for such a scenario, meaning that today this is a custom integration project.

We are looking for a solution too.

Perhaps SAP would implement this in a next version of C4C.

Look for the roadmap of ths product.
