I want to choose my career in the field of SAP MM and started learning course.

Please let me the carrer opportunities in this field and what are the major things ( or the basic things which i need to learn in the learning of SAP MM).

Please suggest me the books that will guide me in learning the concepts.

Hi Rao as you said u are still learning the course try to practice well and concentrate on Inventory management and special scenarios.

As every manufacturing company deals with materials and inventory there are good amount of opportunities in SAP MM

The Best Book as per me for a starter is MATERIALS MANAGEMENT with SAP ERP: FUNCTIONALITY and TECHNICAL CONFIGURATION by MARTIN MURRAY.

It Covers all important MM Concepts.

Its very easy to understand.
